After the 2nd session of conference we went and picked up grandma, grandpa stayed home to make Easter baskets for the Easter bunny, to go to IFA and see the baby animals. This is one of our most favorite traditions of Easter weekend. They had a new rule that you can't pick up the babies so that was a bit tricky to teach them all after all these years that they can't hold them , but it worked out and was still a blast. On a side note teaching grandma to follow the rules and not pick up the babies was actually trickier then teaching the kids. We were very proud of her for asserting her will to follow the rule after we caught her a few times catching them and handing them to the girls. What can you expect from the grandma that climbed literally into the girafe cage at the hogle zoo.

APRIL 3
Saturday the 3rd we had our Easter egg over at the Towers house. THey were so great, first to let has have the hunt at their house but 2nd and most of all to let us all inside instead of canceling the hunt since it was FREEZING. We were thinking that it could rain or be overcast and cooler, but no one anticipated it to feel like January. We had 20 kids and all their parents. It turned out beautifuly, with lots and lots of delicious food. Hopefuly the sun will shine next year.
