Snow shoe hike

On Saturday morning after not getting home until 2 am. I was lucky and able to go snow shoeing for my first time. My friend and neighbor Kim is a Fitness/health instructor at the Huntsman Cancer Institute and leads guided snow shoe tours. She invited me to go on one with her and her group to help me get prepared for the 5k Romp to Stomp snow shoe walk on Feb 7 that Roscoe and I have entered. I have a two very close friends who have been affected by breast cancer in their lives and an Aunt that has also survied breat cancer that we are walking for. It was a great expiernce and so nice to get into the fresh air and out the inversion. IT was like breathing silk instead of sandpaper. We went up to Park City on Robs trail. It really was very refreshing, relaxing and rejuvinating! I really enjoyed myself and great company.
The group minus Jacklynn ( she was one of the other volunteers) Taking a rest to enjoy the beautiful view

Teaching by love ,example and laughter
