Last weekend we went up to Logan, actually i think it really is Smithfield about 15 min out of Logan. Anyway to go to the annual Petroff party. We had a pretty big storm through the night and that morning so half the fam didn't come because they didn't want to go through Sardine Canyon. If Roscoe was with me I would not have driven I am to chicken but it ended up stopping snowing just out of Ogden and wasn't abd the rest of the drive. PHEW! We had a good time and really enjoy seeing the family up north. We don't get to visit witht them often so it makes it an even better treat when we get to. We lots of good food and enjoyed the reading the Christmas story, it really brought the spirit of the season to sit and remember Christ and sing hymns. I spent alot of my time keeping the twins contained and from breaking things I was pretty tired by the time we left. I guess I forget just how busy 2 18 month babies arre until we are not at home. I guess that is why we usually don't go to other peoples houses. My kids had a great time, when you are little it is always exciting to go somewhere different. Thanks guys for having us up!
The drive home was so beautiful, I really wished that I had a fabulous photography camera I really could have gotten some great landscape photos. These will do for now.

This is what the Gospel is all about family. Family with all our faults we are sill family, for ever. Wether they or you admit it or not they love you and you love them. Thats why it hurts so much more at times and why we have to look to the Gospel and remember it is not what someone else does or has done but only what we choose to do ourselves.
