Halloween 2008

Halloween was quite the eventful day. We were up at 6:30am to have everyone dressd and fed to be at the girls Halloween parade by 8:30 am. I am sure that who ever decided on this time does not have children to get in costumes and make-up. Just before we left to take the boys to see their sisters at school mom got a call sayingt that one of my cousins ahd been in a motorcycle accident and was lifeflighted up to the new hospital. We knew that it had been from 4-5 hours before he was found and that his neck was broken. We thought he was clinging to life from the info we had received. We decided we should go to the girls parade to see them and then my friend Kristen came to sit with the boys while we went to the hospital. When we walked into ICU we were very suprised to find Greg awake and moving (sort of). He lives in Tooele nad was drivng dwon the Canyon there when he went over a cliff. He was not wearing a helmet. He with 8 broken vertabrates an injured brain and facial fratures crawled 4-5 hours up to the road to wave down help. He is still in ICU where he will remain until the blood clot on his brain is resolved, but for the injuries he sustained he is doing remarkably well. It would be great if everyone could keep him in his prayers.
On a lighter note Cyndell was an elf from lord of the rings and was darling
Trying to get all 5 of them to look at us happily and coroperativly is kind of silly. Lillian was a she devilJager my firemanOliver made a perfect Eyore. He loved having his hood up, it was so funny if I would pull back off his eyes, he would pull it back down or turn his head sideways in it adn make his silly Oli face at us. He is so goofy!Oscar was a chicken..the cutest chicken I have ever seen. He was a little shy in his costume. The poor boys were cooking in their costumes their little bellies were so hot and here we thought we had the best costumes because they would keep them warm and toasty on a cold Halloween night. LOL!! I was wearing flip flops. It turned out to be a great night, there were so many people out it was like a big giant party. Happy Halloween!!

We were definitely spoiled this year with the warm weather for Halloween. Cute costumes! I love both your girls stripped tights! I'm glad to hear your cousin is doing well- what a scary story.

Could you even believe the weather. Crazy! Lots of fun trying to take a picture of 5. The girls costumes are great, and Jager is a perfect fireman, and the twins will never forget the year you tried to roast them on Halloween. LOL

So sad about your cousin. I didn't know you had other relatives out here. I love the pic of the twins trying to get away.
