WHY
All I can say is why? Why do I even do this to myself? Everyone allways says cut your hair it will be so cute, so I give in to peer pressure and do it and then I hate it! Nobody knows what they are doing ecspecially when you ahve such thick hair they always at a loss as to how to layer it right and i don't do layers in the back. So what the heck do I do?? Any suggestions out there? IT IS SHORT!!!!

It does look cute. I know the dilema you are facing. It is hard to cut your hair after it's been long for such a long amount of time. I am going through the same dilema. I want to cut my hair, but not sure what style, when and how much! Did you donate it to locks for love? How much did you cut off?

I have not dropped it off at the post office yet, but will get there to donate it eventually. Cyndell donated hers a few months back and it was really neat for her to do that. I also look forward to being able to donate my hair.
Lindsay I think you are totally being too hard on yourself! It is a cute length, just a HUGE change for you I think. I trying so hard to get my hair to that length so that I can stack it up a lot in the back to have a drastic A-line. Would you consider doing that? I think it would be soooo cute!
It really is cute, Lindsay. I like it, but it is a drastic change. I freaked out when I went from elbow length to mid-ear length a few years ago. It was better after a week or so. Now I know what length it looks good at and try to keep it there, but I only know that because I've had every length between those two.
Besides, you have such beautiful hair, it would be impossible to make it look bad.
You know what I think..STACK IT like Sarah! Be daring sis! It will always grow back and there's no harm done.

I think you should stack it also. It wouldn't be so blunt and I can almost guarantee you would like the look better! On the other hand it does look cute. YOu can pull off either long or short.
Yea stack it.. You have the look girl go for it. And get rid of that scary thing in the box real soon though. Just kidding I'm jealous it takes me three years to grow an inch. Your hair is amazing and gorgeous.

Happy Birthday, sorry a little late, sometimes your comments won't pull up on my computer. I love the new cut. I wanted a long a-line bob too, just haven't had time yet. I absolutely have to have it long enough for a ponytail though.
